Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be deployed for one (1) month only
• Available to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Process invoices, receipts, vouchers, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare and issue invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
• Assist with bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and organize accounting files and supporting documents.
• Prepare basic accounting reports and summaries as requested.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and financial documents.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records.
• Assist in maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
