The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a degree in Accountancy or related field and is proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; accounting experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting principles and taxation is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Experience with QuickBooks or accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare journals, ledgers, and supporting schedules.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting documents before processing.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
• Process supplier invoices, payment requests, and reimbursements.
• Prepare customer billing and official receipts; monitor receivables.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash reports.
