Andok's Group of Companies in Metro Manila invites applications for an entry-level accounting role to maintain financial records, handle AP/AR, invoicing, and GL entries, and assist with monthly statements and payroll processing.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong attention to detail, and good communication are required; you will work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure regulatory compliance and proper filing of documents.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
• Provide support in the processing of payroll and payroll-related tasks.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform administrative duties as needed, such as filing and organizing financial documents.
