Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related business field.
• Fresh graduates welcome but 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and exposure in using accounting and banking software (QuickBooks or SAP)
• Exhibit high numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Possess excellent organizational skills, time-management abilities, and effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash disbursements.
• Conduct monthly bank, credit card, and vendor statement reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist the finance team in preparing monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Generate and issue customer invoices, process vendor bills, and monitor timely collections.
• Organize, file, and archive financial documents, receipts, and vouchers to ensure audit readiness.
