Job summary

We Search Searchers Staffers Corp is seeking a detail-oriented accounting graduate to join our finance team in Manila. The role involves reviewing general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, performing reconciliations, and preparing adjusting entries with proper documentation.

Fresh graduates with internship experience in bookkeeping or general accounting are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and exposure to accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related course.
• Fresh Grad with internship experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve unidentified items.
• Prepare reclassification and adjusting journal entries with supporting schedules.
• Assist in preparing and completing books of accounts and ensure entries are properly supported and reconciled against accounting records.
• Maintain organized accounting documents, schedules, invoices, receipts, contracts, and tax returns for audit and regulatory requirements.
• Support documentation requirements related to BIR examinations and LOA tracking and document retrieval.
