Job summary

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp in Taguig is seeking a driven Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations and learn in a team of seasoned professionals in our BGC office. You won't just be filing documents in a corner — you'll be right in the middle of the action.

The role includes preparing financial statements, reconciling ledgers, assisting with tax filings (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), and ensuring audit-ready records in a collaborative, onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology required.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, internal reports, and accounting schedules that help management make informed decisions.
• Record and track daily financial transactions — expenses, payments, collections, and adjustments — with accuracy and care.
• Reconcile general ledger entries and bank statements to keep the books clean and reliable.
• Support both Accounts Payable and Receivable: processing payments, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring collections, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and report preparation.
• Assist with statutory and tax compliance requirements including BIR filings and SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth documentation.
• Coordinate across departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents organized and audit-ready.
