Attitude Tally Academy in the Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to record daily entries, maintain the general ledger in Tally ERP, and support compliance tasks.

You will manage AP/AR, process GST and other filings, prepare export invoices, and keep neat digital and physical filing archives.

Qualifications

• Experience using Tally ERP for daily entries and ledgers.
• Familiarity with GST filings and tax compliance.
• Ability to manage AP/AR and vendor reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Record day-to-day accounting entries and maintain general ledgers in Tally ERP.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and routine vendor reconciliations.
• Process monthly GST, TDS, etc. workings and assist with challan filings.
• Issue GST e-way bills and maintain organised digital and physical filing archives.
• Prepare basic export billing sets: Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
• Maintain logs and track bank documents and shipping bill.
