Staff4Me in General Santos seeks a Staff Accountant to ensure accurate financial analysis and timely reporting. You will review cost centers, classify transactions, and support strategic decisions with business-line insights.

Responsibilities include journal entries, month-end close, tax filings collaboration, asset records, and assisting senior accounting staff. 2+ years' experience, Excel/Power BI skills, onsite and shift work required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the accurate analysis and reporting of financial results, review cost centers for appropriate accounting classification, present financial analysis by business line, and evaluate potential projects to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and month-end and year-end closing entries.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, BIR, SEC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage accounts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Philippines and U.S. accounting principles and standards.
• Assist in preparing tax filings and reports according to local and international regulations while collaborating with stakeholders to address financial inquiries.
• Assist the Senior Accountant and Controller with compliance while consolidating accounting information and records.
• Facilitates, monitors and handles asset management records and information.
• Work on specific tasks assigned by the Controller.
