Job summary

Staff4Me is seeking a financial analyst to ensure accurate analysis and reporting of results across business lines. You will prepare IFRS and US GAAP statements, analyze monthly results, and deliver KPI-driven financial reports for each unit.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, prepare Power BI dashboards, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and perform reconciliations while working under the Controller's direction, onsite at night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA or Equivalent) preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate analysis and reporting of financial results and review cost centers for proper accounting classification.
• Prepare IFRS and US GAAP financial statements and analyze monthly results.
• Deliver financial analysis by business line and provide performance reports on financials and KPIs for business units.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients regarding accounting documents in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare financial reports and Power BI dashboards; assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Perform reconciliations of various accounts.
• Take on specific tasks assigned by the Controller.
