Job summary

CallTek, Inc. in General Santos, Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to ensure IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting, analyze monthly results, and deliver performance reports by business line.

The role includes coordinating with stakeholders, creating Power BI dashboards, budgeting support, and month-end close duties. The candidate should have 2–4 years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and preferably professional certifications (CPA/CFA/CMA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IFRS and US GAAP financial statements and analyze monthly results.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients regarding accounting documents, responding promptly and professionally.

• Reconciliations of various accounts.
• Work on specific tasks assigned by the Controller.
