Job summary

Lennor Group in Pasig City is seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage client portfolios and multiple channel PR campaigns aligned with campaign plans, timelines, budgets and service levels.

Primarily responsible for coordinating with the PR Manager, overseeing PR kit campaigns and events, and ensuring timely client communications. A Bachelor’s degree in PR/Marketing/Communications and 1+ year of relevant experience are required. Hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in Public Relations or Advertising.
• Portfolio of previous brands supported is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Tools, Google Apps and Canva.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client service and media relations skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Review headlines, content and post mortem assessments before client release.
• Collaborate with the PR Manager on story progress.
• Oversee PR kit seedings from concept to post mortem.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations for PR kits and KOLs.
• Oversee PR events concept, production and execution with post mortem.
• Coordinate with third party suppliers and PR team on events.
• Oversee costing, negotiation and contracts with suppliers.
• Review lists, budgets and post mortem for all KOL activations.
• Review quality and accuracy of client reports and communications.
• Prepare and review reports: KOL, Post-seeding, Coverage.
• Manage files: client briefs, PR plans, articles, logos, content plan, KOL lists.

• Review headlines, content and post mortem assess prior to their release to clients.
• Closely work with the PR Manager for PR story progress.
• Oversee the concept, production and deployment and post mortem assessment of PR Kit Seedings.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and operations team for the creation of PR kits and other logistical concerns for our Key Opinion Leaders and clients.
• Oversee concept, production and execution and post mortem assessment of PR Events.
• Coordinate with third party supplier and PR team on PR Events
• Oversee the costing, negotiation and contracts with third party suppliers.
• Review lists, budget and post mortem assessment of all KOL activations.
• Review quality and accuracy of reports and ensure timely communication of such with the clients.
• Reports: KOL Reports, Post-seeding Reports, Coverage Reports
• Files: Client briefs, PR plans, PR articles, Product photos, Brand logos, Brand pantone, Content plan, List of KOLs, CEs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations / Marketing / Communications or other-related field of studies preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in Public Relations or Advertising.
• Portfolio of previous brands supported is a plus
