Job summary

OceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified Jumbo Operator for the Didipio mine on Luzon Island, Philippines. You will operate and maintain underground jumbo drilling equipment safely and efficiently, under the supervision of the Mining Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include applying advanced drilling techniques, training junior operators, and collaborating with the mine team. At least a high school graduate with 5+ years of Jumbo Operation experience using Sandvik DD 421 is required; hard

• Knowledge of mining operation and safety protocols.

Job Description

The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company’s only asset that produces both gold and copper.Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support themine.

OceanaGold is seeking asuitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Jumbo Operatortooperateand maintain jumbo drilling equipment efficiently and safely in underground mining operations reportingreport to the miningsupervisor.

Implements advanced drilling techniques and technologies to improve drilling efficiency andaccuracy.

Trains andmentorsjunior operators, sharing best practices and providing guidance on jumbo operationtechniques.
