Job summary

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Aftersales Programs Specialist based at our Sta Rosa, Laguna head office. You will design loyalty initiatives, manage promotions, and track dealer incentives to boost service intake and profitability.

You will leverage CRM data, conduct market research, and prepare high-level presentations for management while collaborating with Field Operations to evaluate dealer performance and drive continuous improvement.

Job description

Drive Aftersales growth through strategic loyalty programs, dealer motivational initiatives, and market research. This role balances program management, CRM utilization, dealer performance analysis, and high-level management reporting to enhance service intake and profitability.

What You Will Do

• Programs & Promotions: Conceptualize, launch, and monitor Aftersales loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and dealer incentive schemes (including the PM Reminder Follow-up Call Program) using the PDCA cycle.

• Research & Strategy: Conduct market research, utilize CRM systems to track customer behavior, and recommend actionable strategies that improve service intake, parts sales, and customer retention.

• Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare high-level presentation materials for management meetings and partner with the Field Operation Department to evaluate dealer performance.

• Facilitate internal and dealer-facing meetings, and coordinate the Dealer Marketing training program.

• Maintain compliance with Environment Management Systems (EMS), Data Privacy, Legal Risk Sensing, and Contract Management standards.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in data coordination, business support, market research, or aftersales operations (automotive industry experience is a significant advantage).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong data-handling skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of CRM systems.

• Proactive, business-driven mindset with a genuine passion for the brand and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Preferably holds a valid Driver’s License and is comfortable driving 4-wheeled vehicles (not required).

The successful candidate will be primarily based at the Honda Cars Philippines Head Office located in Sta Rosa, Laguna.
