You will leverage CRM data, conduct market research, and prepare high-level presentations for management while collaborating with Field Operations to evaluate dealer performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating data and supporting business operations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with market research and customer data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, launch, and monitor Aftersales loyalty programs and promotions.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior from CRM data.
• Prepare high-level presentations for management and collaborate with Field Operations on dealer performance.
• Facilitate dealer meetings and coordinate training programs for Dealer Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with EMS, data privacy, and contract management standards.
