Job summary

Chemrez Product Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Product Representative to manage assigned customer accounts and handle the full sales cycle.

This entry-level role focuses on learning the products, customers, and sales process while gradually gaining independence. Responsibilities include account management from quotation to delivery, handling customer concerns, and pursuing new leads in the coatings industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related courses.
• Fresh graduates welcome; willing to learn coatings and construction.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in coatings/chemicals or related industries.
• Driver's license and ability to drive.
• Willing to do sales fieldwork; 6-day workweek.
• Onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts from quotation to order fulfillment and after-sales follow-ups.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track receivables and ensure collections within terms.
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and monitor developments.
• Provide updates on customer feedback, issues, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products to existing customers.
• Cross-sell emulsions, colorants/pigment dispersions, auxiliary products.
• Generate new leads within the coatings industry and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Conduct basic product presentations; prepare samples, proposals, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate product trials and development projects; arrange customer training with the technical team.
• Work closely with Production, QC, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing; follow up on orders, samples, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate account records; prepare quotations and follow-ups; submit weekly reports and highlights.
• Monitor competitor activities and customer needs; report potential opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related courses.
• Preferably fresh graduate of Civil Engineering (license not required) or open to learning the technical side of coatings and construction.
• At least 1 year of sales experience within a similar industry (preferably coatings, chemicals or related).
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in using computers and applications.
• Driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Willing to do sales fieldwork; willing for 6‑day workweek schedule.
• Amenable to report onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
