Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Jr. Product Engineer to support Zendesk implementation and configuration. The role collaborates with clients to translate business needs into effective Zendesk configurations and ensures successful end-to-end delivery.

The candidate will participate in system testing, provide end-user training, and assist in knowledge transfer to ensure smooth post-go-live adoption of delivered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and readiness to contribute across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to implementation of software solutions, including configuration and data migration.
• Perform system testing (unit/integration/UAT) and support end-users post go-live.
• Participate in pre-sales activities with demonstrations and proposals.
• Gather client requirements through workshops and document reviews.
• Document functional specifications and translate needs into configurations.
