Job summary

Nightowl Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented loan operations assistant to manage incoming App Submitted emails, set up Encompass files, and align Lead Notes. You will perform a thorough file set-up review when applications arrive, order credit reports, organize documents in Encompass, and obtain EOIs, VOEs, and HOA documents as requested by the Loan Team.

• Monitor App Submissions: oversee incoming emails and align LO Lead Notes with Encompass files.
• File Set-Up Review: review applications, order credit reports, organize documents in Encompass, correct errors.
• Document Procurement: obtain EOI, VOE, and HOA documents for loan team.
• Document Accuracy: ensure order outs and other necessary documents are accurate.
• File Tracking: maintain a tracker for all files, including outstanding items, to ensure no file slips through the cracks.
