Job summary

Makanis is seeking a Jr. Account Executive in the Philippines to support the reporting Account Manager in helping clients manage and improve their daily social content within a dynamic Digital Advertising environment.

This entry-level role focuses on learning and growth while delivering hands-on account support. You will learn to manage clients day-to-day, coordinate between creative and servicing teams, and plan and execute account management topics.

Responsibilities

• Learn to actively manage clients day-to-day
• Own the internal alignment and coordination between creative and servicing teams
• Plan, organize, and execute all relevant account management topics
• Prepare client facing materials such as reports/educational presentations/ ORM reports
• Perform Daily posting for allocated set of client and ORM for brand pages
• Monitor client relevant KPIs to take action with internal and external stakeholders
• Document client-related activities
• Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling to our clients
