TTEC seeks a Sr. Customer Service Representative to be onsite in Cainta, Philippines, delivering exceptional support across voice, email, or chat. You’ll help customers with product guidance, issue resolution, and account management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduate or completed at least two years of college.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Digital proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
• Ability to interpret, apply, and clearly explain products, fare rules, and policy requirements.

What You Bring to the Role
