Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years professional experience as an IT DevOps Engineer.
• Valid DevOps certification is a plus.
• Experience with ITSM tools for Incident, Problem, Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for software applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Write software and scripts to support business needs.

Skills

Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Administration Expert

Proficiency in scripting and/or coding languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Configuration management tools and infrastructure-as-code concepts

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong documentation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
