Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a hands-on software engineering team in Pasig. You will drive backend and full-stack work, ensuring alignment with the technical direction and delivering reliable services in cloud and microservices environments.

You will lead API design, integrations, and CI/CD adoption, while fostering maintainable code, unit testing, and collaboration with deployment teams. Strong Java/Spring Boot and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot backend development.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of API, microservices, and integration concepts (REST, JSON, XML, message queues).
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling experience.
• Knowledge of AWS or OpenShift and cloud-native practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and methodologies.
• Willingness to write clean, reusable code and perform unit testing.
• Familiar with Git version control.
