Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a cross-functional software team in delivering world-class solutions for clients. You will align technical direction, mentor developers, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to design scalable systems.

The role requires strong Java/Spring expertise, experience with REST/microservices, and proven leadership. Expect active involvement in deployments, code reviews, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
Proficiency in Java and Spring/SpringBoot stack.
Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Deep understanding of API, microservice and integration concepts (REST, JSON, XML).
Proven leadership of development teams and ability to mentor.
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the team of developers, align technical direction, and provide leadership, support, and motivation.
Collaborate with Product Owners to develop provided user stories.
Work with Solution Architects on designing technical solutions within Enterprise Architecture.
Coordinate with Delivery Leads and Product Owners to ensure project standards.
Oversee deployments and releases; review deployment guides against roadmaps.
Advise the team on technical implementation and design decisions.
Work with App Support to address system issues.
Document system design and program specifications in technical design docs.
Review code to ensure best practices and coding standards.
Identify bottlenecks and improve sprint progress; develop workarounds as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and developments.
