Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical manager-level role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern full-stack development, including microservices, cloud technologies, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, Agile/Scrum, OO design, testing (TDD/BDD), SQL & NoSQL databases, and secure scalable development.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams, driving technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality software on time.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and hands-on development of scalable software solutions and delivery of critical features.
• Mentor and develop an engineering team, promoting technical excellence and collaboration.
