Job summary

Cloud Bridge Tech Recruitment is seeking a Principal Software Engineer (Full Stack) for a hybrid role in BGC, Taguig. You will set engineering direction, drive standards, and mentor the team while remaining hands-on in front-end and back-end development.

You will lead SDLC, design complex systems, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery using Jira, React, TypeScript, AWS, and microservices. Strong leadership, architecture vision, and a passion for quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in TypeScript and/or C#/Java in professional environments.
• Strong back-end skills with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with microservices, AWS, Terraform, and automated testing.
• Familiar with Agile cross-functional delivery and Jira for planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Development, Architecture, SDLC and Delivery.
• Provide technical leadership within the Fusion team and mentor others.
• Design, develop, test and oversee production software and complex systems.
• Communicate architecture and technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Support planning and prioritisation in Jira and align with roadmap.
• Ensure a well-defined SDLC supporting planning, prioritisation and delivery.
• Assist with scoping and estimation based on prior experience.
• Custodian of target state architecture and best practices across the team.
• Identify opportunities to evolve systems and prioritise refactoring.
