Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a tech lead/manager role.
• Strong hands-on Java and modern full‑stack development experience.
• Experience with microservices, cloud tech, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted tools.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum, TDD/BDD, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver high-quality software on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and hands-on development of scalable software solutions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team and promote technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver cloud, web, mobile, and desktop apps.
