The role requires background in order-to-cash, a minimum of 2 years in customer service, SAP experience, and proficiency in English and Japanese. Training, SLA adherence, and cross-team collaboration are essential aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Background in order to cash.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, specifically issue resolution.
• Experience with SAP is an asset.
• Knowledge of Japanese: reading, writing, speaking and listening required.
• English language capabilities; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle varied customer transactions including PO download, order entry and order analysis in SAP.
• Provide first level escalation for routine to basic non-routine issues.
• Analyze customer service reports and perform simple to moderate validation of orders.
• Meet assigned SLA targets and coordinate tasks with multiple teams via email, calls or meetings.
• Generate simple reports and analytics related to the function as needed.
• Support process improvements and Lean Six Sigma project coordination.
