Job summary

ABBA OL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Japanese cuisine restaurant to lead daily F&B operations, ensure service quality, and uphold brand standards.

You will manage P&L, inventory, and staffing, work with front- and back-of-house teams, and drive sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance and a premium guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, Japanese cuisine knowledge, and proficiency with POS systems and reporting to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience managing F&B operations in a Japanese restaurant.
• Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant reporting functions.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, wine, and sake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor P&L, stock, and inventory; drive corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff; manage schedules.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
