Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin-Japanese Sales Assistant Manager to join our team in Bataan. The role focuses on expanding the customer base in the manufacturing sector, leveraging Mandarin and Japanese language skills to engage local and international clients.

The position is on-site, offering a salary range of Php30,000 to Php70,000 per month. Prior sales management experience and familiarity with precision manufacturing are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience as a Sales Manager is preferred.
• Experience in injection molding or precision manufacturing is a plus.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Willing to work on-site in Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base in manufacturing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local and international clients who speak Mandarin or Japanese.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, and partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients on product specs, pricing, quotes, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company's plastic injection molding products and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers.
• Act as liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate smooth communication.
