Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-Japanese multilingual Telesales Assistant Manager to drive sales in the manufacturing sector. This on-site role in Bataan offers a dayshift schedule (8am–5pm) and a salary range of PHP 30,000 to 70,000.

The ideal candidate speaks Mandarin, Japanese and English, has experience in sales management within manufacturing (especially injection molding or precision manufacturing), and is open to undergraduates with relevant exposure.

Qualifications

• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Having related experience as a Sales Manager.
• Having related experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing industry is a big plus.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Open to considering on-site work in Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international clients, particularly Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specifications, pricing, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company's plastic injection molding products, components, and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate effective communication and business coordination.
