Job summary

J-K Netwok Services, a Japanese manufacturing company, seeks a Mandarin-Japanese Sales Manager in Bataan, Philippines. The role focuses on expanding the customer base among Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and coordinating sales activities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Experience as a Sales Manager is preferred; experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s customer base in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international clients, particularly Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specifications, pricing, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company’s plastic injection molding products, components, and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate effective communication and business coordination.
