Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines (Bataan) seeks a Mandarin-Japanese Sales Manager for on-site work. The role requires Mandarin, Japanese, and English fluency, with open to undergraduates and prior Sales Manager experience in manufacturing, preferably injection molding or precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Having related experience as a Sales Manager.
• Having related experience in injection molding or precision manufacturing is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international clients, particularly Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specifications, pricing, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company's plastic injection molding products, components, and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate effective communication and business coordination.
