Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig is seeking a Senior Specialist for Source-to-Contract to ensure the procurement function delivers results aligned with Global Services strategy. You will work with business partners, category teams, and the broader organization to execute prioritized strategies, sourcing events, and contracting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese (written and oral) required.
• 4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate among a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing events, price/terms negotiation, contracts drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in the area of responsibility.
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to understand and influence needs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and Category Procurement to align sourcing and contracts with strategy and regulatory needs.
• Document data needs, data quality, lineage, integration points, and privacy controls.
