Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract in Taguig to ensure delivery of S2C processes in support of Global Services and OneProcurement. You will work with business and procurement teams to implement category strategies, sourcing, and contracting activities, while upholding policy and compliance.

The role emphasizes mentoring, stakeholder management, and driving automation and AI initiatives within S2C, including serving as product owner for S2C tools and data privacy

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 4–6 years in procurement, finance, or similar roles.
• Fluency in Japanese (written and oral) required.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate among a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day-to-day operations: sourcing events, price/contract terms, drafting and execution.
• Ensure SLAs, policy and legal compliance in operations.
• Drive process improvements in user experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools and features.
