Job summary

Primer Ace Philippines Inc. (PAPI) seeks a seasoned Business Development Officer/Manager to evaluate retail operations and B2B sales, pinpoint opportunities, and drive revenue growth across retail, digital, and corporate channels.

You will lead GTM planning targeted at Japanese-owned companies, manage executive-level engagements, coordinate with internal teams, and steer contract negotiations, pricing, and SLAs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years B2B sales/Business Development in the Philippines with proven revenue track record.
• Willingness to conduct field work.
• Background or interest in Japanese culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute GTM plans targeting Japanese-owned/managed companies in the Philippines.
• Prospect, map target sectors (Calabarzon, Clark, Subic, Metro Manila HQs, Sogo Shosha, logistics hubs).
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to hit revenue and market share targets.
• Engage with Japanese executives and local procurement teams to align commercial specs.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing, payment terms, and SLAs per company standards.
