Responsibilities

• Manage existing Japanese clients and handle their requests.
• Maintain strong relationships with current clients periodically.
• Be the main point of contact for inquiries or orders.
• Develop long-term partnerships and open new accounts as needed.
• Attend meetings with Japanese clients for proposals and negotiations.
• Explain proposals, contracts and partnership reminders when needed.
• Coordinate with Japanese clients and suppliers for orders.
• Focus on client relationships, sourcing suppliers, discussing proposals, logistics coordination and order processing.
