Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC seeks a Service Management Associate to support IT GFS Enterprise Service Management. You will clean up ServiceNow items, perform data-quality work, and document processes while providing flexible capacity to the team.

You will create reports and dashboards, coordinate testing and release preparation, and track risks and dependencies to completion. Strong English, MS 365, and ITIL knowledge help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Practical ServiceNow or IT service management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Professional English and strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• ITIL, project coordination or process-improvement experience is helpful.
• Shift flexibility and schedule adherence are required for this position.
