Job summary

You will develop dashboards, track KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of ITIL-aligned practices, leveraging tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of ITSM, process governance, or operational excellence experience.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and reporting/analytics capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop ITSM dashboards and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders on adoption.
