Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of ITSM, process governance, or operational excellence.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Govern ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop and maintain ITSM dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement; support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams, service owners, and stakeholders to drive adoption and consistency.
