APW Tech in the Philippines is seeking an Associate ITSM Analyst to lead IT service and access request processing, acting as SME for evaluation and fulfillment coordination, and to support end-to-end lifecycle management of IT service catalog items.

The role requires a strong background in ITSM, extensive ServiceNow expertise, and proven ability to drive process improvements in fast-paced environments, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT Service Management experience, specializing in Service Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, and IT Asset Management.
• Proficient in ServiceNow, Salesforce, Remedy, and Jira, with strong ServiceNow Service Catalog expertise.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic, organized, and collaborative problem-solver.
