The role requires a strong background in ITSM, extensive ServiceNow expertise, and proven ability to drive process improvements in fast-paced environments, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT Service Management experience, specializing in Service Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, and IT Asset Management.
• Proficient in ServiceNow, Salesforce, Remedy, and Jira, with strong ServiceNow Service Catalog expertise.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic, organized, and collaborative problem-solver.

About the Role

The Associate ITSM Analyst for Service Request and Catalog Management will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IT service and access request processing, including the evaluation of requests and coordination for the fulfillment of such requests. The role will also assist in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT service catalog items, ensuring they are effectively designed, deployed, maintained, and retired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT Service Management experience, specializing in Service Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, and IT Asset Management.
