• 3–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Experience with ServiceNow development with ITOM skills is a MUST.
• Background in ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping) alongside foundational ITSM.
• CSA and CAD certifications; ITOM/ITAM accreditations preferred.

Skills –

• 3-7 years of experience in Servicenow Development and Implementation
• Experience with ServiceNow development with ITOM skills is a MUST
• Practical background in ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping) alongside foundational ITSM.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD), with ITOM/ITAM accreditations preferred.
