Job summary

RWB Smart Solutions, Inc. in Cebu City seeks an IT Technician to repair and maintain IT workstations and related accessories, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and performing advanced server troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates hold a college degree in information technology or related fields, with strong PC networking knowledge and good English/Filipino communication. Flexibility for shifting schedules and holidays is required; Mikrotik/Fortinet knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

College degree in Information technology or related courses.
Knowledgeable of PC networking and troubleshooting.
Good communication skills in English or Filipino.
Knowledgeable of basic computer operations.
Flexible and hard-working; able to shift schedule and holidays.
Knowledge of Mikrotik and Fortinet is a plus.

Responsibilities

Repairing and maintaining all IT workstations and related accessories.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve hardware and software issues.
Install, configure and perform advanced troubleshooting of server hardware and software components.
Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
Responsible on ISP Monitoring & reporting to Customer Service for any line problem.
