Job summary

ANGELINA'S BAKESHOP seeks an IT support professional to manage hardware, software, network systems, and CCTV surveillance across the company. You will diagnose issues, ensure security and compliance, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep IT operations smooth.

The role requires experience with LAN/WiFi/VPN, antivirus and firewall management, and ERP familiarity (SAP). On-site or remote support and preventive maintenance are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on company devices.
• Knowledge of LAN, WiFi, VPN networks.
• Understand antivirus, firewall, and encryption security.
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• On-site or remote support capability.
• Maintain IT inventory and IP documentation.
• Knowledge of IT policies and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for all company devices.
• Monitor LAN, WiFi and VPN connections.
• Ensure antivirus, firewall and encryption are active and updated.
• Oversee CCTV surveillance system performance.
• Check surveillance equipment and recordings (VMS, POE).
• Report unusual activities or incidents from footage.
• Coordinate with HR, Area Supervisors and security teams on footage findings and evidence.
• Provide user support for ERP (logins, slow connections, module issues).
• Coordinate with ERP vendors or internal developers for escalations.
• Support training and onboarding of ERP users.

About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and IT infrastructure management across hardware, software, network systems, and surveillance equipment. You will diagnose and resolve issues, maintain system security and compliance, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for all company devices (e.g., printer connectivity, set up PC, repair OS)
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WIFI and VPN connections and address connectivity issues
• Ensure antivirus, firewall and encryption settings are active and updated
• Oversee operations and performance of CCTV surveillance systems
• Perform regular checks ensuring surveillance equipment is functioning properly (VMS servers, POE switches and recordings)
• Monitor and report unusual activities, safety violations, or incidents based on footage review
• Coordinate with HR, Area Supervisors and security teams regarding footage findings and evidence in case of incidents
• Provide user support for ERP system (log ins, slow connection, module malfunctions)
• Coordinate with ERP vendors or internal developers for escalated issues
• Support training and onboarding of users in ERP-related functions

About you

• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
