About the Role

We are looking for IT Support to join our team! This role focuses on managing digital records, ensuring system security, and coordinating IT-related logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and secure individual records, system logs, and digital certificates.
• Implement IT security policies and conduct routine system inspections.
• Update digital records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Identify and resolve workflow and system-related issues as needed.
• Provide technical support for online and in-person system operations.
• Assist in coordination tasks during system-related activities and training.
• Submit weekly reports to the IT and Document Control Supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT and Document Control Supervisor and Management.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT coordination, data security, technical support, or administrative IT functions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and IT support tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in IT coordination, data security, or administrative support is a plus.
