The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled technical support professional in the Philippines to provide on-site and remote assistance for CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and networking equipment, ensuring smooth deployments and proper documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical or IT support, familiarity with CCTV brands, and strong TCP/IP networking knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or security systems.
Experience with CCTV, biometric, or access control systems is an advantage.
Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP configuration, routers, switches, and system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite for CCTV, biometric, access control, and security systems.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, access control, biometric devices, and related networking equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
Perform system testing, product validation, and quality checks before deployment.
Assist with system installation, commissioning, and project implementation.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide user training to customers after installation.
Support customers by providing timely technical advice and effective solutions.
Recommend suitable products and technical solutions based on customers' requirements.
Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and installation records.
Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and product developments.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
