Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled technical support professional in the Philippines to provide on-site and remote assistance for CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.
You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and networking equipment, ensuring smooth deployments and proper documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical or IT support, familiarity with CCTV brands, and strong TCP/IP networking knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or security systems.
- Experience with CCTV, biometric, or access control systems is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP configuration, routers, switches, and system troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite for CCTV, biometric, access control, and security systems.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, access control, biometric devices, and related networking equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
- Perform system testing, product validation, and quality checks before deployment.
- Assist with system installation, commissioning, and project implementation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide user training to customers after installation.
- Support customers by providing timely technical advice and effective solutions.
- Recommend suitable products and technical solutions based on customers' requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and installation records.
- Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and product developments.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
