• Certificate from college, technical school, or at least 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of excellent customer service experience.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of MS Access and Windows Server 2008-2012.
• Solid experience in Linux/SQL environments (MySQL and SQL Server), including IIS Web Services.
• Ability to resolve software and hardware issues in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of microprocessors, basic analog and digital circuitry troubleshooting to the modular or component level.

Good to Have (Optional):
