NETWORK AND SERVERS

• Ensuring daily network availability and connectivity
• Physical checking of network equipment and server availability
• Server capacity monitoring and logging

USERS AND WORKSTATION SETUP

• PC/Laptop setup installation
• Email account creation

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT TASK

• CCTV monitoring and reviewing
• Network setup and maintenance
• Provide IT support that needed from another Department
• Inventory updating of company Asset
• Company ID
• Birthday Banner

HARDWARE MAINTENANCE

• Monitor daily physical maintenance of computers
• Ensure the proper network connection of computers
• Informs management; of any computer damage or computers that need maintenance/ repair and replacement
• Conduct regular spot check for proper functioning of computer and server
• Troubleshooting of workstation and server when necessary
• Assisting logistic personnel for delivery receiving, if needed
