Job summary

SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. seeks an experienced IT Manager to supervise and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. You will oversee construction management software and enterprise systems, ensuring security and data integrity across all systems.

Lead a team, provide staff training on software/hardware tools, manage backups, DR plans, and vendor coordination. Strong communication and project management skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT or related field.
• Proven IT management experience, preferably in construction/industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of OS, networks, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.




• Oversee the implementation and management of construction management software and enterprise systems.




• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, data, and networks.




• Provide technical support and training to staff on various software and hardware tools.




• Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and network troubleshooting.




• Collaborate with project teams to integrate IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.




• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.




• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.




• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network solutions.




• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to construction and IT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.




• Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.




• Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.




• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.




• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.




• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
