The Network and Security Administrator is responsible for the effective administration, security, stability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the organization's network and technology security infrastructure. The role performs network administration and security administration activities, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, access management, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and implementation of applicable security controls across network, server, endpoint, application, cloud, and other technology environments, in accordance with approved IT and Information Security Governance requirements. The role serves as an advanced technical escalation point for network and security-related incidents beyond the scope of Technical Support Engineers and provides technical expertise for infrastructure and security initiatives, ensuring secure access, reliable connectivity, resilient technology services, and continual improvement of the organization's technology environment.
Administers, configures, maintains, and monitors network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, and related technologies.
Ensures network stability, availability, performance, capacity, resilience, and uptime across offices, branches, data centers, cloud environments, and remote users.
Performs network configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, preventive maintenance, and root-cause analysis of network-related incidents.
Monitors network performance, connectivity, bandwidth utilization, and capacity and recommends appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
Maintains network topology, configurations, IP addressing, device inventories, configuration baselines, and technical documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years in network and security administration in an enterprise, multi-site (office/branch/data center) environment
Routing/switching, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE/SSE and wireless administration
Security hardening, access control and vulnerability remediation
